True North Bricks currently serves customers within Canada only. We are a small, proudly Canadian company dedicated to the Canadian community of interlocking brick enthusiasts.

Factory-Sealed Box Condition Notice

Many of our new sets come from liquidation or secondary markets. While all items are new and unopened, box condition may vary and could include minor dents, creases, or shelf wear. Unless otherwise noted, products are sold as is and priced accordingly.
Collectors seeking pristine boxes should contact us before purchasing.

Minifigure Condition Notice

Many of the Minifigures we offer are retired collectibles sold as is. However, we only sell Minifigures that are new or like-new. Each item is carefully inspected and cleaned before being added to our store stock.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, Minifigures are free of cracks, bite marks, and major scratches.

Certified Pre-Owned Sets

Our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) sets typically come from bulk collection purchases or secondary marketplaces. Each set is carefully verified to ensure all pieces are present and in good condition.

We clean and repackage the bricks following the same numbered bag system used in the original instructions to help recreate the authentic build experience.

Minor wear may be present, as these sets contain used elements. Please review each product description for specific details.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
• Shipping Options: We ship across Canada using Canada Post. Tracking numbers are provided for most orders. Smaller items (like individual Minifigures) may ship via lettermail without tracking at your own risk. Select a tracked option at checkout if preferred.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (see promotions for details).
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 2–9 business days, depending on location. Remote or rural addresses may require additional time.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
• International Shipping: We currently ship within Canada only. (International shipping may be added in the future.)
  

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of sealed LEGO® sets and Certified Pre-Owned items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

Sealed boxes must remain factory sealed.

Certified Pre-Owned sets must be complete and unaltered.

Custom kits and digital products are final sale unless defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
